What to get in touch about

Most usefully: a listing that is wrong. These records come from state registers and the registers are not perfect. If a facility has closed, moved, changed hands, or the license details here do not match what the state told you, that is worth knowing and it gets checked against the source.

• A listing that is closed, moved or has the wrong address
• License details that do not match the state's own record
• A facility missing from a register we already use
• A mistake in one of the regulatory reference pages, ideally with the section number
• A state register we are not yet using, with a link to it

Being listed here is not a commercial relationship, so there is nothing to buy and no placement to negotiate. A request to be removed will be answered, but the honest fix for a wrong listing is a correct one.

How it works

Messages reach the editor through the form on the contact page. There is no phone line: this is a two-person publication, and a form gets a faster answer than a voicemail.

A correction about a specific listing is checked against the register it came from before anything changes, which means a fix can take until the next data refresh if the register itself is behind. If the register is the thing that is wrong, the only real fix is with the issuing authority, and we will say so rather than quietly editing the record.
