Is this an official list?
No. No government publishes a list of private truck stops. This one comes from OpenStreetMap, the open map maintained by volunteers, so check hours and services before you rely on a stop.
What is a cardlock?
A fuel site where you pay with a commercial fuel card rather than at a till. Stops are tagged Cardlock where the name says so.
Why is a truck stop missing?
It may not be mapped as a truck stop or as fuel for heavy vehicles yet. Anyone can add it at openstreetmap.org.
