Which of these can do the behind-the-wheel training?
66 of the 70 are registered for both the range and the public-road portions. 3 offer theory only. The distinction matters: 49 CFR 380.707(c) permits the theory and behind-the-wheel portions to be delivered by separate providers, but requires both behind-the-wheel portions, range and public road, to come from the same provider. Why do the cards not show star ratings?
